Pepsi Center Courtside Club & Storage Annex

    Project Description

WE'RE PROUD OF THE WORK WE PERFORMED.

Elite Surface Infrastructure was a subcontractor to Turner Construction for the underground wet utilities on the Pepsi Center Courtside Club and Storage Annex project in Denver, Colorado.

ESI working at the Pepsi center

The scope of work included the demolition of a portion of the parking lot and roadway in Denver’s ROW at the Pepsi Center. We constructed one of Denver Wastewater’s largest by-pass operations since the project required us to re-route multiple sanitary lines that existed within the footprint of the new building structure. New box base manholes and type-p manholes were installed to properly re-route the existing sanitary lines.

All materials that were excavated from the utility trenches had to be exported due to the coal based fill in the area. New structural fill was import to backfill trenches. There was an aggressive schedule due to the fact that sporting events were scheduled throughout construction. Some of the work required night work so that other businesses and events were not affected by the construction. This was a high profile project since the owner is Kroenke Sports at the Pepsi Center in the heart of the city.
