ESI was a subcontractor to The Conco Companies for the construction of a multi-family residential building.
scope of work
ESI was contracted for the place and finish of slabs on grade and podium slabs. The sizes of the pours ranged from 10,000 SF-14,500 SF. The total square footage of concrete that ESI placed and finished was over 73,900 SF. The crew sizes for the larger pours were in excess of 15 personnel to accomplish those sizes of pours.
